About
Writing to Teachers:
School may look a little different for some students and staff. Teachers are adapting to the new challenges that the current pandemic has brought to schools. Let's bring some cheer and gratitude to local teachers and help remind them why they are so valuable and appreciated! UWNNS will share notes turned in to us with local teachers and families.
Start Creating:
This is a great activity to get in touch with your creative side! You can make as many cards as you like during this volunteer project. We recommend writing about 5 to 10 notes or letters to be able to share the appreciation with many teachers in northern Nevada. Your letters can be handwritten, typed, include fun colors, fun paper designs, or whatever comes to mind with the goal being to spread joy! Be as creative as you like, and please use positive and encouraging language.
